This will be cut out of 1.5" 15# HDU. Both have a base height of .5" witht he rounded par as close to 1" as I can get. I'm leaning toward the second one, which actually looks more like the simulation I made in Corelx4 What do ya think? BTW. Does anyone know how to export a bitmap image of working models in Aspire...other than screen shots?

Same here Wayne, #2 works for me. I know nothing about Inspire though.
