The guys at one of the boat yards where I work store their glues, 5200, silicones, etc. in the fridge. I was wondering, would storing doming resin in the fridge prolong its life? Has anyone tried it?

I think Joey Madden once told me about storing automotive clear in the frig. I think the cooler temps keeps it from drying out.

Felix, I've been use doming resins for years and never had it go bad just sitting on shelve. I even have some WestSystem parts A/B that's been on shelve for over 20 years that I would use today if needed. I'm sure some materials would benefit in cold storage, but I don't think doming resin is one.

Be cautious about storing things in your food fridge.
