And I thought I got the dream job of a gold leaf 3D sign, 2 vehicles, and a billboard for a new restaurant, and the guy said "we're sparing no expense on our image!" SWEEEEET Never had a customer say that before. Usually it's "how cheap can I get it."
Wanna trade?

yep, they look great from a distance... but it still hurts the 'ol ego when they flirt with you a little and then say something like..."you and my dad went to school together, but I think he is a couple of years younger than you", or "you are so cute, you remind me of my grandpa", or "I was born in 1990... when were you born?"

It could not happen to a nicer guy. If I didn't have to go to Norway, I too would be begging to help you.

Bernie, I like how you think (forget what Velma's saying) It was 105 degrees here yesterday and a wet t-shirt contest would be totally appropriate. We went over to take some measurements today (on the wall) and they had staff training in progress. I don't care how hot it is, we're gonna LIKE THIS GIG.......

Sonny that reminds me of the time when the guy I was working for back at the awning and tent company turned down a mural job at a juice bar near here,...seems he was very very religious and his misses didn't like the idea of him doing artwork for a strip joint,...well one thing leads to another and you can guess who ended up doing the job in the end,...well I did the job and the guy liked it and paid me,...but the place wasn't open yet and I never got to see any of the dancers,....well a few months later there was a ruckus and sum guy got into a scuffle and busted the drywall right where one of my murals was painted and he needed it touched up after the drywall was repaired,.... he complained about the repair taking longer than the original artwork but still he was pleased and he paid me with a smile just the same, when I explained that when it was originally painted there were not any totally nude dancers around,....go figure
