Hi guy's I thought I would just share this link with you. I made the album cover artwork for John Mayer a few months back ,it was released on ITunes yesterday and tonight I think it will appear on The David Letterman show. Pretty cool seeing this on the show, the release date for the album is 21st may. Hopefully I will get to see it on my tv but not sure if they show it until tommorow over here. here is the link, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqirrZX5vyk
Thanks Dave

Dave is probably the finest designer and craftsman on the planet today! Every project blows away the previous one and sets the bar out of sight.
I approved this announcement.

Congratulations on a beautiful job well done David....on a side note of very minor curiousity to anyone...did you know that John Mayer's father was my high school principal...?

what would be the possibility of buying the large album- sending the cover over for you to sign (autograph) it- I would proudly frame and display it on my wall! I listened to the tracks today on Spotify, it was pretty good- I like most of John Mayer's stuff-- but i would rather have you sign it than him!

Hey Dave, What scale did you work on for this cover art? It really has a lot of things going on and I suspect it took many hours to complete. Nice touches with the curved banners and the clock.
Do you prefer painting with oils on canvas or was this done a different way? I paused the youtube interview to see your artwork and I must say you really have amazing talent. Great job.
Sign-cerely, Steve

No probs in sending the cover over, would be more than happy to sign it.
Gary it was made at 600dpi 2ft square all hand drawn and vectored, would rather have painted it with oils though, that would of made it fun! I hate stairing at computer screens.
Thank you all..
