Your auto paintings all look great Preston. You have real talent.
Really like your auto dealership window lettering.I think we all would like to see some photos of your vehicle windshield lettering.
When u went 2 New Mexico did u paint windows as u traveled back in forth from KC? What is the longest mileage u have traveled for one window job? What is the coldest weather u can paint in?
I feel strange asking so many questions, why don't u just write a book...Life & Times on the Road w/a Window Painter.
Thank's Preston

I did some dealers between KC and Santa Fe when I was going out there for the gallery (760 miles) and still do.
Guess the furthest I went to one window was to Houston for a large Chevy store that a friend of mine took over. I wanted to see him anyway and the thousand miles was a long way to go, but it was cold here.
I have done runs all over the country doing various chains of fast fooders...Georgia, Mississipi, Alabama, Tennesee, Ohio and many more states.
Painting in the cold? I can work down to 10 degrees if the glass is warm enough with no wind. Usually below 42 degress is pretty miserable with any breeze.
I have written a book! Fiction piece, having nothing to do with the sign biz. Romance, techno, mystery, art history....Go to Lulu and look for the Trillionaire or if you want to read three chaps of it, head to my site. If you want more and cannot afford it, I will make you an exception for being a Letterhaed.
Am working on a road book of my tales and travails whilst slinging paint on winders. Maybe soon I will get it up to speed.
