Someone posted a video tour of their shop the other day. I couldn't remember where that post is so I decided to start another. Here's a video tour of our shop and studio. The main shop measures 32' x 48' - the router room 21' x 24' and the studio 20' x 30' including the library and upper studio.
I encourage others to add videos of their shop to the thread.

It's the magic place. I've been in lots of sign shops but never one like this. Congratulations on building the first part of your dream. The next part is coming just next door...and it will be fantastic, also.

Awesome, Dan. Thanks for showing that! Did you have your video recorder mounted to a wheeled-tripod? I notice the video was very smooth as you moved throughout the shop tour.... without the typical jerky shake one would see if someone 'walked' around taking video.
If that's not that case - - you're one smooth dude. :-)

Notice that Dan put the router in the back room, out of sight. The old one was out in the front room. Must not want folks to think that he just pushes a button and the Money Machine does all the work.

We are undergoing renovations right now. However, a before and after video might be a good idea. I'll see what I can do later this week when I get caught up with work...

I'm not that smooth Todd. I put the tripod on a dolly. There' still a little jiggle in the movie but I used the smoothing function in the software and slowed it down to 60% speed to smooth things out as well.
And I put the MultiCam in a back room so the dust and noise was out of the main shop.
Got your dimensional sign hung out front yet Raymond??

It looks bigger on the outside. What are you hiding from us Dan? Secret lair underneath where the real magic happens? Kinda like the bat cave where the public is not allowed to see.
Nice video. Will you shoot a sequel in the daylight? I love the big library and the curved desk with the view (that we couldn't see!)
Must be hard to leave even after a full day of work. I will have to make it up there one day. Maybe this fall. Missed the deadline for your spring workshop. Little thing called a passport that I need to get!
Sign-cerely, Steve
