For this Christmas I want the following....
1) Grandma turns 92 next March and has as much energy as most teenagers. Keep her healthy.
2) I want Dan Antonelli to write a book about the business side of running his agency (hiring, determining what to pay an employee, lessons learned, things to avoid and so on).
3) I want Joe Diaz and Dan Sawatzky to write a book or do a video on design explaining what processes they goes through to come up with some of the great work they've done.
4) I want to have some of Donna Williams' "eye" for beauty. Few people can see the potential in ordinary objects and turn them into the extraordinary as well as she can.
5) I want to be better today than I was yesterday and better tomorrow than I am today. In fact, I want that for everyone.

Although very busy for the last few months with our pub project and various workshops I have been working on the ebook projects from time to time.
Being better than you were yesterday is simply a matter of going from wishing to actual action. Small deliberate steps and changes are much more effective than waiting until the time comes for wholesale change. That day will most likely never come. Instead you will find small steps and changes will go much further by far.
Today I hereby resolve to purposely do three small things that will change the course of my future in ways I can't even imagine. One of those things will be to put ten minutes into my ebook project.

Doing my best Glenn. New book should be done for 1st quarter, but its more about how small business can build a better brand for themselves. Written for both design and business owner, but more for the latter to better understand why their brand is their most valuable asset.
