Good stuff-reminds me of some of Stevo's designs!
Was the phone number really needed in that sign? Where was the sign to be placed, in relation to the store's location?

BTW, I'll be posting a pic of their main sign once the posts have been painted.
The client managed to get 2 8"x8"x14' cypress posts for $50.00. The problem is that the wood was green. The posts were primed and the sign installed. We figured we'd let the post dry through the summer before painting this fall.

Glenn . . . do you print yourself in-house on a flatbed? Do you have trouble getting the inks to stick to the Coroplast - or do you buy the kind that's coated for printing on?
Interested in finding a vendor for the times better quality is appropriate . . . We've had flatbed prints on Coroplast that peeled half off in a year's time . . . (Maybe no panel prep in that case) "I won't get fooled again . . ."

Jay, we do loads of this stuff. Our original machine was bought as a flatbed but for past six years have printed on rolls, laminated and mounted on cortex. Easiest, quickest and most cost effective method and never have a problem with fading or adhesion

Sonny . . . I actually use Signs365 quite a bit. Incredibly efficient ordering system - and for specific products and pricing it is hard to beat them.
But knowing how well things can be printed - or how loose - we're always seeking a choice of quality so when we need to, that's a 'go-to' printer we might use. Signs365 quality on some things is a tad loose and grainy for me - but for the greater majority of applications, they're who we use.
Tighter stuff we can get done just down the street - but at a higher cost. Small stuff/easy to ship stuff - like step-stake signs or magnets - are highly profitable when the ordering is so simple.
How you doin' Sonny? It's sunny here!!

Glenn, what do you charge for coro signs like this? I usually get mine from 365 as well, lots of color stuff, but not something as beautiful as this.
I usually charge $13 per double sided piece with a stake (in quantities of 10 of course).
Something less than 5 pieces, printed in house, I do for $22 each with the stake.
Just checking to see if I am in-check.
Thanks!

The client ordered 25. They cost me $4.32 apiece + shipping. I sold them for $18 apiece + $1.50 per stand.
If he had ordered 100 of them, they would have cost me $3.36 apiece and I would have sold them for about $12 each + shipping + $1.50 each for the wire stands.
I did have a client who ordered 250 units. They still cost me $3.36 each but I sold them for $8 each.
Any way you look at it, the profit is pretty decent.

Where do you get your stakes from? I get mine from Screen Print Express in Louisiana. (100) for $69, free shipping to WI. I only charge $1.00 for the stakes then.

I'm paying about the same from Proveer. They have a truck that comes through town twice a week. Delivery is free if I order $150 worth of goods or more which is rarely a problem.

I love this, it just goes to show what I have been saying all along, It does'nt matter if it's paint or vinyl, a good design is a good design...we also print on Vinyl, laminate and then apply to corex, the print will last for many many years.
