I'm building 4 signs 6ftx10ft using 1 4x10 sheet of .032 white aluminum and a 2x10 sheet. Both are stapled to a 2x2 frame. The 4x10 has a 2 inch lap over the solid 2x10 panel. When it is laped due to the thickness, the overlap is very wrenkled showing the overlap.I have found the solution for this problem and would like to share it. Lowes carries a indoor/outdoor carpet tape 1.5 inches wide thats moisture resistant made by Shurtape. We applied this to one edge of the aluminum and believe me you cannot pry these to surfaces apart.Try it...you'll be amazed
