it looks interesting, but I wonder how well the digital image would mimic the drawing on the paper. I won't be an early adopter of this product.
My mind wanders. And that's not a good thing, 'cause it's too small to be out there alone. Posts: 3129 | From: Tooele, UT | Registered: Mar 2005

It looks like a neat system to me, though, and it isn't like $2-3K
No, I won't be buying one either, because I don't need one in my old age!!!
Kinda wish I were 25 years younger and able to take advantage of all the newer technology. NOT!!!
The work shift I am on suits me just fine.
(edited to add...I loved the sign game and would still be in it if I could figure out how to do it profitably 5 months of the year)

well dave........you dont DRAW...so it wont be something you would have any use for.$150-200 is a great price for something that will do what it says it will do. it takes the drawing you put on paper, and puts it in the computer as a VECTOR!!! that in itself is worth the money. i could still make use of it. also since iam doing pottery, i can draw a shape/object i wish to make, put int in the computer and do color and glaze ideas.... people who built stuff can draw it out, take it in an and manipulate it, without working in AUTO CAD.

I think I need to order one and test it out. I like to draw...I just don't care to do it twice. If it worked as well as it claims it would be a great way to get original art in the computer and then go from there.
Since my 21 inch Cintiq is taking forever to get here, I might have to order one of these!

I was really looking forward to Russ jumping on this thing and giving us the report card ...
what I couldn't figure out is what good does a jpeg do me? I need vectors, and apparently without CDR support you don't get vectors??? I'm confused. Bitmaps I can get on my scanner.
Hurry up and buy it, Russ! hahahahaha
