PART of my system is a MacG4 with OS 9.2.2. Was printing from Freehand 10, and received an error message, something like 'unable to communicate with printer'. True, the printer was not turned on!! OK, so I hit an option the error message gave me which (from memory) was something to do with 'placing in queue'. so, plugged in printer, went to print again, NO info going to the printer, no receiving flashing light, it's like the file disappeared into thin air. So that print queue, where is it.? I've searched high and low for one, a 'spooler' - anything that I could see and 'Resume printing'. Any ideas, and yes it's an old OS, computer and printer, but it was working til I put that job 'queue'. There's more to the story, but I need this to print.
Thanks ahead of time - for your time to answer!

The printer icon should be showing up in the applications bar and you can click on that, but if it isn't, go to Systems Preferences, select Print & Fax, Printers, Setup, then double click on the printer you want and it should come up with the current status and you can stop, resume, or whatever from there.
