What I heard was a few with problems but the majority had used Gemini with great success. Which group do you want to listen to?
Their record with me is spotless...and has been for thirty years.

I've never had a problem with Gemini and their quality is tops. However, I found that if I need a set of basic routed letters in Sintra or laminated foam, it's cheaper and faster to get them routed locally.......

Gemini once replaced the letters that were blown off a building (at no charge). Of course, the building was also blown away by a tornado, but they still replaced the letters.

About thirty years ago, I had a letter (not a Gemini one) blow off a building and the guy wanted me to replace it for free because it "fell off". I reminded him it was all over the news that his building had the roof torn off by a tornado and there was other major damage to the structure. One letter out of twenty leaving the premises was pretty good. He still refused to pay so I sent the bill to the home office as "repaired storm damage to sign" and got a check the following week.

I've had great luck with Gemini, they've even bailed me out of my own (and customers) poor planning more than once, no complaints here! They even made a formed letter over night for me to pick up because a customer had misspelled a major donors name and no one noticed until the day before the grand opening. Service has always been quick, even on custom formed stuff and cast plaques
