Thanks Billy - I checked the site and got this info from the host, James Kelly:
"Hi folks, all is going well to plan and the dates have been set as Tuesday 17th to Saturday 21st July 2012. I hope to get a website up and running this summer with lots of travel and accommodation info as well as info and pics of the venue."
See y'all in Ireland next year.....

Yes folks, all going to plan. We have been organising the meet for the past 3 years and have the venue confirmed. The venue itself is a living museum set around the late 19th and early 20th centuries and also inclused a transport museum next door which hosts a Titanic exhibition. Have a look at http://www.nmni.com/uftm
The meet will run over 5 days and will be a combined Letterheads and WallDog meet with some sign painting of the shops in the museum and a few murals at the transport museum.

We are ramping up our funds base to be able to go to Ireland next year. I will keep watching for any new information or developments for this exciting trip! Most flights right now won't carry into July 2012, but comparing in June 2012, the rates are approximately $1500 roundtrip from Tampa for one person. I will keep researching as time goes on for other cheaper deals. Sometimes flying out from another airport can save a lot too.
Any more info anyone has is appreciated, dates of arrival, length of stay, accommodations, transportation... group traveling, etc.
We're up for a 'wee bit of drambuie'

Dublin to Belfast is only a couple of hours by train. Flying to London (England) then taking a transfer flight to Belfast (1 hour) can sometimes save a lot of money.

Drambuie is Scottish. Jameson, Tullamore Dew, Powers, Paddy, Bushmills, Irish Mist and, of course, Guinness etc. are the ticket. Everyone come and have a great time!!!!!

Ha, you're right! But I'll be up for the Guinness for sure with a Jameson chaser or any of the other yummies! I shall be thoroughly wasted after that!
We have relatives outside of London so this should turn into a real reunion. Thanks for the info Brian & James, I will keep checking on travel.

Sorry folks, but the event is cancelled. My wife Helen says she won't be able to cope with a baby and help run a large meet at the same time and I certainly can't organise it all on my own. So unfortunately I have no choice but to cancel the meeting now rather than waiting to see if help will be available and possibly letting many people down at the last minute.
