mix process green and lemon yellow

or: emerald green and lemon yellow

or: process blue and lemon yellow

or: substitute primrose yellow for lemon yellow

to me lime green is mostly yellow with a touch of the other colors

primrose yellow and a few drops of process green makes the nicest lime green in my opinion.
I think chrome yellow and process will get you the "snotty" look of 141
