Some of you may have known Dave,from the past. A notice and article in Sign Craft,told of his passing. Dave, was truly one of the best all time wall and billboard painters in the country...

Sorry to hear Jack - those were the intrepid guys whose stories, sadly, often die with them. I didn't know him, so some background would be appreciated.....

Dave,was mostly known for high work around the bay area (billboards seen when traveling to the city from Oakland up high) He worked around Denver and the midwest too. I knew him from my days around San Jose,at Diamond & Adway, two billbord shops.

Oh man, what a loss, knew Dave well, he settled in Vegas years ago, great to start a morning w/his smile and vigor towards the day coming, loved doing signs, teaching, passing on, one of his close friends here learned well from Dave and is highly successful for it...loved his skills, a joy to watch work and to work with, again, sad day. R.I.P Mr. Meredith, will miss you.
