For some reason the PDF file of the list of proposed changes, I emailed to the head planner, opens as HTML when I try open it in my sent box. Why is this?

Thanks Jean, This is what it said on the original ordinance:

Evidently, they were originally planning to issue a county license for sign contractors but then changed their minds. I googled your county's NES page and will send that over to our head planner. Maybe they can do something like that.

If anyone has the time, I can email you a PDF of my original proposed changes to the ordinance. I added some comments at the bottom of each one to send to the head planner and don't want them to offend anyone. Thanks
