Our shop will be making a 4' x 6' Alupanel Sign that I actually inquired to Letterville about a week ago on. We need to put a "bend" to the substrate. It is being installed onto a wall that has a 7" radius in regards to the 6' width of this sign. We will be instlaling gemini letters as well a a clear prit to the face. We will be creating the "bend" prior to any application or installation of Gemini letters. My question...is there a "Proper" way to obtain a nice, even curve to the dibond/alupanel that you can recommend?

The "Proper" way would be to run it through a slip roll and Form it to the arch you want.
The no so proper way is with 2 people push towards each other and form it that way.. Not as precise but works.. (Or one person and a wall)
For Tighter curves I will router a form/Standoff/Brace for the back of it from MDF or Extira (Outside) or welded steel. Then attach the the ACM to that for support and hanging. By Setting the standoffs in a few inches creates a nice effect and then you can also add LEDs for a Nice Glow.

Kelly, That was a very Interesting Read.. I never would have thought I could use my Stud Welder on it due to the Alum being so thin.
And Strange.. Never heard a Slip roll being called a Pyramid Roller.. Learn something new every day.
Hey Graham.. I thought the Shipping company was only good for Mitered Corners.. I'll give you a call the next time I need a Full Formed sheet so I can use your company.. Thanks..
