I just had to get a new desktop and now i am having plotter problems...I have a 10 year old Roland Camm-24 signmaker and Signlab ES Shortcut...does anyone know what the correct settings are to help me tell my computer guy how to make Signlab and the plotter communicate?

If your computer guy is certified he should already know how to do this, but if he doesn't he can download the specs from rolands site and setup the ports in the signlab settings. They are relatively simple and in the case of signlab the easiest way is to set the plotter up on a serial port connection and spool the plot files from signlab's plot spooler as it should function much better than windows print spooler if you use a windows print driver and lpt port.

If he needs help have him call me at 336-655-7101 any reasonable business hours.(eastern standard time)
