Years ago we prospered, got real busy and hired 22 people to work for us. We did awesome work and they were a great crew but I found I suddenly had no time to get my hands dirty anymore. I was forced to wear the manager hat. It was challenging and fun but not the job I signed up for.
We purposely downsized and only did the work that interested me most.
Now we have 3 part time employees. It was the best move we could have made! No regrets in Yarrow...
