I am trying to find a wholesale supplier who offers custom cut .080 aluminum much like the Highways signs or wayfinding signs. Maximum size is probably a 4'x6'...need them cover in 3M reflective blue. The shapes are rectangles with rounded corners...nothing fancy.
I received a cold call from some company out of Chicago a few weeks ago and she said they would be in touch. I didn't have a use for it. Now I have a project where they would have come in handy.
Any direction would be great.

Just a note, depending on what you are doing with that size panel, (flush mount or pole mount) Flush will be ok but check out their .100 guage panels, that is what I do the street sign in with High intensity reflective & electro cut on top
