Okay, here's your chance to do a recap.
Just cut and paste this in to your response ans change the answers as they apply.

1: What new technique did you try your hand at this year?
I got to set up jobs for plasma cutting. Made some interesting brackets this year.

2: What is something new you are offering to your customers?
Digital printing services.

3: Were you busier or slower this year?
Much busier.

4: Which kinds of materials did you increase your use of?
PVC sheeting. I went through dozens of sheets this year as signs and for routed letters.

5: Best customer?
Any that trust me enough to do the job with minimal input.

6: Worst customer?
Any that tell me how to do my job.

7: Is your schedule more full on a seasonal basis or was it consistent all through the year?
Steady all year with some overly busy weeks.

8: What did you learn here in Letterville this year that you applied to your work?
I learned that a design being stolen does not mean you write it off as a learning experience. You have rights and the means to be compensated for your work...USE THEM!
