Good morning folks. I'm looking for some of those sturdy table top binders, like the ones you'd see at a CopyMax (the ones that display their sample business cards, stampers, etc.). Would anyone know where to get these? I've looked for them all over the place with no luck.

maybe you could use "U" bolts, like you would use to pin the axle to a go cart as a kid.. they might be a little larger diameter then a typical one, but very heavy duty, and you can set them at whatever span suits you. I've intended to make a sample book like that for years, and never thought it through even this far until you asked.. I'll be watching this thread, and hope you show us what you come up with...

In case it isn't clear, my suggestion implies that the table itself could be the "binder" or even an angled podium type surface could become a separate table top assembly, but large, heavy & protected from dropping... or even mounted to a wall in some under utilized corner of your showroom.
And the go-cart reference implies a smaller "U" bolt, but of course I mean a large one for this plan:
