I have been asked by a close friend to make a small 12" sign, so that he may make a mold of it then cast it with resin. I would like to sandblast the artwork on foam board, and in the past I have used primarily redwood with great success. I have never used any foam media before, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Rollie, you can also use a "Grain-Frame" when sandblasting to give it a woodgrain effect......www.signcreations.net
