This may not be the right forum to deliver this news, but some of us knew him and others have at least heard of him...
Larry Watson, died last nite of cancer...he'd been treated for it for some time now, but it won...
RIP Larry, you set the world on fire and we appreciate you for it...God speed.

He was an inspiration to many over the past years. I remember the many articles in the little pages back in the 50's & 60's

Never got to meet him, but have sure been inspired by his work over the years.... Talked with Mike Clines this morning.... he had called Larry last week and had a great talk.... they had known each other for many years. I'm thinking we could do more to show our appreciation for folks like that while they are still with us.....

Last time I was in Hollywood, I bought this little book with all kinds of pictures of cars that he had done. Cancer, that's too bad.

Frank. Thank You for letting us know about Larry's passing. The comments from those here in Letterville that know his name and work indicates to me that Letterheads and Pinstripers are still one happy Family. That makes me feel good.
