Brent, It looks like Letraset Enviro or Envision. Some letters have been modified slightly though.

Yes Dennis, it sucks...I agree. We're replacing a face on a strip mall pylon that was blown (HaHa) out when we had 100 mph winds last month. Nobody could find the art.

Actually, in it's original format, Enviro isn't a bad nor an ugly font. It has it's place and I have used it in the past.
It is useful when doing "project signs" where an "architect"s style of printing is required.
Thickened up, it can also be used as main copy in situations where it compliments the business.
I guess beauty IS in the eye of the beholder!!!
