The owner wants "Lottery" removed and "Beer" and "Wine" to replace it. I'd like to get as close as possible to the font if I could. Thanks for any ideas.

It's hand lettered.
If you want to cut it in vinyl, you're gonna have to scan it and arrange letters accordingly or draw the characters.

Yeah, that's what I'm doing now. Turning out pretty good. Thanks Ed. By the way, what's the best way to get sign paint off of Coroplast?

to remove the paint from coroplast...you first need to fill the voids with an epoxy/filler mixture.Make it thin enough so you can suck it up in a syringe and then inject it into the flutes.Tape off one end so the mixture wont run out and when all the flutes are filled...stand it upright on its taped edge to cure.
This reinforcement will stiffen the coro so it can be rough handled and stripped of paint by sanding with a D/A sander loaded with 600 grit paper..after you have sanded...polish the coro with a fine rubbing compound...a full sheet can be completely stripped and cleaned for under $750 if you are careful.

A fingernail can often get paint off corro...if Boone's method fails- just turn it over & use the other side!

P.S. That font might be'potato-stamp.ttf' [Wink]
