In our area it would cost between $600 - 900,000.00 (much more as you get closer to Vancouver) for a setup like that. Instead of snow you would only see nice green lawns however.

1 hour to Portland headlight. 1 hour to Mt. Washington... got a motorcycle? only 3 minutes to some of the best damn seafood on the planet!.. Bay Haven restaurant.
