I have vinylmaster pro, but only use it mainly for cutting. I havent had to contact the company in a long time. Dont know if they are out or not, but I doubt it. They have other products they sell also. Is this the number you called? 1-646-216-9116

I just ordered the entry level version. I already own Signlab but my new windows 7 machine won't run Signlab without an expensive upgrade. I will still run print projects and some others on the Signlab computer.
This new version of Vinylmaster really is top notch program. Over the last few months I have tried numerous trial programs and none compare. It does seem to miss a couple of nice features Signlab has but for the money, pretty good.

The new version installs with a Product Serial Number (PSN) that is issued with the software on to as many computers as you like. This means you can design and save but not output. If you want to cut, print, RIP etc. then you must Activate that computer. You get one Activation per license much the same as all other software. Activation is a very simple process and there are no numbers to type in.
However, unlike the old registration scheme of the 1990s the system is far less draconian and will not just lock you out. All PSNs are properly recorded and you can login to get your PSN whenever you forget it!
SO NO MORE DONGLES OR UNREGISTERED NOTICES!!
Also, Tech Support is much better now with a Knowledgebase and Help Desk with a Live Ticketing System at www.iifuture.com/support there is also large FAQ at www.iifuture.com/faq and loads of forms on our website that we monitor all the time.
The program also comes with a 400+ page manual that is interactive and launches the 100+ Lessons and Tutorials. So learning the software is much easier than in the past.
Hope this helps…
Thanks,
