If I got to do it all over again, I'd only use Corel Draw w/co-cut & Photoshop. Way cheaper than any sign making program.

You might contact Flexi. Maybe they'd allow you to download and get a temporary internet password to use the program. They should have your registration info. Their current software doesn't use a dongle but checks periodically with "mother" to make sure you are licensed.
