Good morning all, My PNC-1100 won't track any more. The right roller doesn't seem to have the same pressure as the left. Are there any local (to me) techies that can help out with this? I called Garston in Henrietta, but they send them out of state.

PNC-1100, uses the same rollers as a CX-300!!!! internally, all the turning points ride on TIMKEN/FEDERAL metal bearings, which are available anywhere the sell bearings. these are CAMM-PRO machines, unlike the CX,CM-24!! these have NO BEARING ON TURNING POINTS but use nylon bushings. reason they seel for less then a ROLAND CAMM-PRO type plotter.
