Barb & Steve, if anyone says it costs too much to belong here, tell them to call me. Because of the help of this Board, I saved $1300 for parts and at least $500, $600 or more in travel & labor. My Mutoh had not be used in about 6 months. Mutoh and my wholesaler service told me I would have to replace the printhead. I posted a message and David Harding contacted me by email and told me to contact St. Marie's because they knew all about these printers. I did contact them and they told me what to do and not I am up and running. Cost to me was a long distance telephone call. Do the math on that. Without being a member here, I would not have know what to do and I would have had a big repair bill. Thank you Barb & Steve for having this website. Thanks to everyone that offered suggestions on what to do.

no no, don't do that. We're not here much but we're still all Brothers/Sisters of the brush. No rewards for doing whats expected.
