What is the best way to bond Sintra and Aluminum? I am trying to route some logos for exterior use this way. I dont think its the best solution but I see it done on other signs so it must work.
I tried West Systems epoxy and Contact cement but neither hold really well.

I use Lords all the time for aluminum to aluminum so that might be the answer - its spendy stuff though and not really meant for bonding whole sheets. I will check it out and see.

Just pick up some multipanel or omega bond from laminators inc.. it is aluminum bonded to 3mm solid plastic composite core
the Multipanel is available in several colors, including chrome mirror, and a gold mirror their website isn't the greatest.. http://www.multipaneluk.com/ I get it from Midwest Neon in Chicago I am sure there are other distributors
