I wanted to know if there is any real difference from others experience between the two? The gmi product I'm looking at is SM400.

Thanks!

Bruce

myself ..not knowing what your using spray mask for

I say stay far away from Gerber spray mask

I use spray mask on a daily basis...uses 2 brands
.Accugraphics ..1st choice ..cause I can get it only 10 miles away ..plus works well leaves no glue when peeled off and cleans with soap n water off window
... use for base of window splash mainly
also about 40% less cost then my ...2nd choice
Exac-tac... works very well, better quaility also

I agree, I've had some real trouble with my last two rolls of Gerber mask. I also used calmask and it was fine.
I was masking over a freshly lacquered surface and the gerber mask left the adhesive behind the calmask didn't... for what it's worth.

Thanks Duncan,

The local supplier has GMI Spray Mask SM400 so I hope that will make do since I need it out by tomorrow.
Does anyone have experience with SM400? If so how was it?

Thanks!

Gerbermask sometimes leaves adhesive when spraying Gripflex paints, too.

I used to use Gerber Mask II, but then they got rid of it and the replacement doesn't stick to well.
