I have a client that wants some dimensional lettering for the front of her business. Unfortunately I'm not equipped to make them. So I had to find some one that does. My question is this: What do I charge the customer? I'm not really doing anything but ordering them. They'll be about $1200.00. Do I charge anything but cost? Although I did do the lay out. I don't know I'm soooo confused. Help!? lol

Double it. If they are custom, you did the layout, and you located the source for providing them, you have more than a vested interest, knowledge, and skill involved, all of which you must get paid for in order to stay in business.
