As we seek ways to build a locally based dimensional sign business we are leaving no stone unturned. New signs with a whole new identity and booths in three local trade shows were the start. Then we were invited to take part in a local event which involved a two day open house with 12 artists in Yarrow. Although most are potters and craft's prople we figured it certainly wouldn't hurt us. The open house is next Friday and Saturday.
The Chilliwack newspaper was eager to showcase the event and sent out a photographer to take some pictures. We were happy to oblige. The photographer asked for a picture of our new sign.
Today as I thumbed through the paper and I was delighted to see the article on the Yarrow Studio Tours filled the better part of a page and our own sign was featured in half the space. This kind of advertising is very expensive to buy!
I hope it helps bring out a good crowd next weekend! It all helps to build our presence in the community which will undoubtably bring in work down the road.
Shining up the studio in Yarrow...

Well done! That's great advertising when you can 'coordinate' it that way!

I was pretty surprised how large the picture was too. Awesome! But as the ad emphasises, now you have to entertain visiting kids too. LOL! Do you plan on any demos in the works so folks have something to watch?
