Scarlett Lyn St.Marie, born March 29th, 7lb, 5oz, 20" long. After her trying all this time, I'm now convinced that Rosemary was intended to be a mother, not a long range shooter.

Take care you guys, and stay busy if you can. Its going to get tougher. P

Thanks you all, and its good to see your picture, Rick. She's already "Pooh", just like her mother. Duncan, somehow this particular little one has taken some of the "angry old man with too much time on his hands" out of me when I held her for the first hour she came home. (I was actually called that by a very rare irate retail customer who didn't understand her own order. Rare because we never do ratail, but.........
I definitley don't have too much time on my hands, but I had to wonder about the rest of her observation. Maybe closer to the quick than I'd like to admit. I've been preparing the St.Marie clan for the economic worst for a while now and haven't been paying enough attention to the good side of life. A new little life in the family is making me take more notice of the important things. And I pray that Steve is doing well, Barb?
We're pretty much slammed at the studio, and I'm mildly surprised. We've heard about retail sign shops falling around us but our generals and architects still seem to be finding bid projects, so as long as that continues we'll survive.
Lat will probably build a house here in Lost Prairie before too long and we'll bring Rosemary and Paul home then too. I'll feel better with the whole clan close by until the stupidity in the US reverses........... if it reverses.
Good luck and we wish the lot of you long and profitable projects. I'll stop by when I can.
P
And Rick, I thought you'd like to see the nursery Rosemary built. Lat carved Scarlett's name for Rosemary.
She did the entire room in Classic Pooh.

Congratulations, Pierre, Pooh, Pooh II and the rest of the St. Marie gang. Awesome emotions flood in when holding a grandchild for the first time. I know you'll enjoy the ride.

Thanks for sharing such a tender moment. There is nothing like a newborn child, to make us all appreciate life even more. We sometimes get caught up with what we all have to do,, but a new baby brings it all back home, in a good way.

Congratulations! What a beautiful little girl! I love being a grandma, but nothing, nothing can ever come close to the feeling that being a new mom brought. These pictures capture that emotion beautifully!
