I need 1/2" thick, 10" tall dimensional letters for a bid I'm working on for an interior project (mall food court). I haven't done a dimensional job for years. Any suggestions on the best product to use, and more importantly anyone you guys can refer me to to get them made wholesale?

Hiya Sean, What materials do the specs call for? I would use that as the determining factor on the vendor and/or materials. For durability and warranty, I would recommend Gemini too. However, since it is an interior project, there are more affordable options to explore, such as gatorfoam or PVC.
Havin' fun,

Thanks guys. The project isn't spec'd. They currently have vinyl letters applied to a painted wall above the entrance and would like something more eye catching. I was also thinking gatorfoam. I looked at gemini's website,, but it seems to be overkill for an interior mall job like this. Any recommendations on where to get the gatorfoam letters cut?

For interior projects you could also use mdf. I just recently did a Remax logo in mdf and applied polished gold mylar to the letters. Looks somewhat upscale and it fit their budget.
