I am using signtools3 to cut from CorelX3. I have my page set to 120" as I thought that was about the max allowed but I just plotted a paper pattern which I had intended to tile as it was 136" in length but my roland did the whole thing.
Anyone know what is the max length is?

LOL Miles..I don't know if there IS an actual hardware limitation. I figure it would be more a software limitation. I'd be more concerned with tracking limitations.

Hi Miles, The Roland CX 24 cun cut up to 150 foot, although I would never try to cut anything over 16. The current version (3.25) of SignTools has a cutting length limitation of 126 inches as it uses a Windows driver. If you are using an earlier version (3.11 to 3.15) it can can up to the 150 feet cutter limittion. However these earlier builds are unstable.

Thanks Andrew, I do love your program as the outline features seem more accurate than CorelX3 and when I convert an outline in CorelX3 I get an inline as well which is combined with the outline so breaking it apart and deleting the inline is a PAIN.
I have Version 3.24 of Signtools But I am going to be doing a system wipe and re install of everything from scratch so I will probably end up with the 3.25 version. I might plotting a really long length before I do though, as an experiment.

Just an observation - it sounds like in Corel you are converting the pen outline (stroke) to an object and thus ending up with the inline & outline. You'd probably be better off using the contour tool (Effects -> Contour) instead (you can select inside or outside) - this would give a better outline effect, I think.
