I am looking for someone who can print on reflective, Gold vinyl. I have someone looking for sheriff stars, ones that would go on the side of a police car. the size would be approx 15" and contains a colored seal in the middle.

Tom, The best bet would be to print on white reflective with "yellow-gold" PMS match so that your other colors are vibrant and you don't have an overlay.
I have lettered 100's of squads and this is how I've always done it, unless it is something like a black on gold stripe...then i use gold and black inks...
