Bitmap and vector images must be imported into Omega Composer separately and then reassembled when using the EPS and AI file formats. Typically, anything vector-based uses the EPS, WMF, AI and CMX formats. Raster images use BMP, TIF and JPG formats.
Also, try using the PDF file format instead for either vector or raster images. I've been trying it out between Corel Draw and Omega's Composer for the last few weeks and I find myself liking it better and better.

Omega does not recognize transparencies or transparent backgrounds. When a raster images does have a transparent background, Omega fills it with white and you end up with a white box around your image.
This is where you have to be creative in how you set up your file in Omega so that you get the desired result in the end.
If you'd like, send me the Corel file you are working with. I'll set it up the way that I normally do it in Omega and send it back. That might help you get a better idea of what needs to be done.

I suggest you convert the whole file to jpg format after you get it like you want it. Omega will print it just right. Bill

I would copy the cut vector line to the clipboard, flatten it all as a bitmap in coreldraw and then paste your cutline back on and then export it as a eps or CMX file.
