Hello,

This is my first time trying to post a photo so I hope this works. Hope the pics are good enough as well!
I have to try and match this interior plaque for a customer. I know I've seen this type of sign frame before but now I've gone through just about all of my resources and can't find it. The frame part is a hard plastic with a textured vinyl pattern kind of like alligator skin. Looks like it either takes an insert or has a smooth panel for the lettering in the center. Anyone seen anything similar to this from a vendor?

Yes, I've looked at Scott but didn't find anything to match this. I know I've seen these before somewhere. Guess I'll continue to look. I'll see if I can turn up a couple of more catalogs to look through. Pretty industrial looking.

tell them you will use 1/4" or 1/2" plexi and place vinyl lettering on it. by the time your waste your time "matching this" you could have already made new ones. I have run across this a few times and Yes I have wasted a couple hours on it, researching only to find they end up getting it replaced with something different.

if its not scott i cant imagine where to send you

From the photo I would think it could be replicated using MDF sprayed black with a
plastic inset plate.

Try Howard Industries. Their DSS-75 and DSS-125 series signs are quite similar.

Johnson Plastics 1-800-869-7800. It looks like one of the DPI frames.

Thanks for the time all of you and Marvin, I think I may have either found the source or something close enough to it with Johnson Plastics.
