My image didn't appear, it is for Extra Space Storage, www.extraspace.com-if you want to see their logo. They have several messages but I have been unable to match the font.

My guess wass some part of the Franklin Gothic family. The "S" shows similar tails of the bowls. The aperture of the "O" is similar to Franklin, as well.
When I really look at "EXTRA SPACE", it makes me think of Futura. Looking at the finishing end of the "C" and "S" being vertical is a Futura trait.
Looking at "STORAGE", I am wondering if it isn't a combination of several type styles...
