Well, The chili is in the slow cooker, the cornbread is in the oven and my daughter's making home made mac and cheese. I just put 6 pork butts in the smoker for a long, lowwwwww and slowwwwwww...Anyone who is near Letchworth State Park this weekend (Saturday to be exact), stop in and say hello. Eddy Lodge by Tea Table picnic area, 12 noon til 10pm. Boone and Maj...how come I haven't heard from you?

I made it up for the craft bonanza last weekend...the park was extremely packed. In my humble opinion, one of the most beautiful places on earth during this time of year. I don't think I'll make it up this weekend, but have fun!

Hey Jeff, maybe next time. I've been doing it spring and fall for 10 years now. Usually get between 100- 150 folks. This one already has 190 confirmed. The leaves and temp are just about perfect this time.

The best Bubbaque yet! 180 official head count, more food than anyone could possibly eat, beautiful fall weather and a calidescope (sp) of fall colors. Another one bites the dust...
