I recently purchased a CJ500, It's switched over to a eco-sol ink system with 2 heaters. I'm having trouble getting my yellow to print properly. I've done several cleanings, put in a new damper, and still doesn't work properly. On the test print, it's only about 20% working. Looking for a little help online as the closest service man is 3 hours away. Thanks!
