I've searched the threads on here, but I must be using the wrong terms because I'm not getting much...
I'm looking for advice on purchasing a new full color printer. I know everyone will have their own opinion, but would like to know more WHY you like what you have. Where is a good source of info and who would you purchase from? I've just begun the process, so I'm basically clueless at this point. Do I need a laminator? How much shop space and what conditions do I need?
What we intend to use it for the most would be small decals (multiples), banners, yard signs, and full color graphics on some of our exterior signs - not the whole sign, but a logo or cartoon or similar.
I'm really looking forward to your advice.

Forgot to mention that I have an old Roland PC600 that I have never figured out how to use. I acquired it with a business that I purchased. If the new printers are anything like this piece of S*it, maybe I'll pass on the printing trade :)this PC600 is about to become a boat anchor for somebody.
