Here's the latest Update: Spoke on the phone of who was incharge and looks like there will be some compensation. They asked if I could redo the original and I said probably not because like one neighbor across the street from the mural said how could you redo it...the bricks is what made it even give it that look. So what I am doing now is making a new drawing, but I think I will had a flair of Gold lettering like what was done in Minneapolis, and add some Copper and Silver Metallics, with a deep Blue marblized bkgd, the thoughts are rolling, just need to sit and do it, so I 'll keep you all updated.
Also thanks to all who asked to help. I don't have anything finalized yet so I can't even say yes or no, and wish alot of you lived closer, we'll see what happens. I know I like to joke, and Bullshift, but no it's a real deal, here's a shot from a different angle, it's all gone now...

Group hug on Cisco! I'm a little late here on the uptake. But weren't we talking about this in Mpls., that someone mentioned something and something else and you said NO WAY and it was gonna be ok? I don't know, I'd had a couple beers. But I could swear we were talkin' about this at Casey's, when I told you my mural had been painted over. Seems to be a run on STUPID lately. I am so sorry, Cisco! Hey! I'm there, when Cisco calls....I'll be your Poncho...Oooooh Cisco! Oh Poncho! Oh get the thumb screws! And we'll sick Crazy Jack on 'em! Sic 'em Jack!

I think we should get hundreds of people to call & write letters to the city council and the mayor demanding that the contractor & crew VERY carefully chisel off every last bit of plaster including having a sign on the job site admitting they are repairing their own gross mistake AND submit a public apology in the editorial section of the newspapers, but . . . that's just me . . .
