Have a client who is requesting multiple wall graphics for multiple locations. I would be printing these on my Roland SP540-V using eco-solvent inks (I may actually use PSA vinyl for the solid lettering but only account for a small area compared to full logo. I have seen several post about using wall graphics materials on latex painted walls (not sure know whether they are talking about PSA Lettering or full printed graphics). Some of these walls are fairly smooth and several are textured with a knock down effect. I have seen several adhesive materials for smooth surfaces but only the 3M IJ8624 for textured surfaces.

Does anyone know of any other materials for textured surfaces besides the 3M material. I would hate to but a 75' roll plus laminate plus their fancy roller tool for $100+ to put up 15' worth of vinyl.

Also what is the best PSA vinyl for the lettering part for application to latex (semi-gloss).

Appreciate any help.

We have had great success with the Arlon GTX Intermediate with 3220 Laminate or their Calendered laminate on walls smooth and textured. Even on Flat Latex..
Just screwing around in the shop we even put some on the Cinder block and it still looks good 6 mos later with no edge curling.

We just use a fair amount of heat (Our Flame Thrower) and a Brayer to suck it down once the initial install is done.
