A while back, a younger friend was at my place trying to work on his car. When he pulled up the mat and found out the floor was some kind of recycled fiber material, he said: "What's with the cars these days? Why don't they make them out of plastic like they used to?"
Ahhh...the good ol' days.

You know you are getting old when a good Signwriter friend (talented brush man himself) tells you the first time his son picked up a lettering brush was at the Sign Apprentice College recently! Sad.

You know you're getting old when you call the supplier and ask for a quart of Lard Oil and the young voice at theother end says "Whats that used for" and when you explain they say "never heard of it"
