Now that summer is here, and having the time, Shirley and I have decided to do a road trip across the USA, winding up in Chilliwack BC, where I spent a lot of my younger years.
The general route will be from Southern Ontario to Denver to Yellowstone to Seattle to Chilliwack.
On the way back we'll probably drive down the Pacific coast to LA then to Grand Canyon to Oklahoma City (I guess Norman OK is close enough!! ) to Joplin and then back home.
If anyone is kinda close to the route and wouldn't mind a drop in visit, let me know and we'll see if we can make a stop. We are thinking it might take 3 weeks but if it takes 4 weeks, that is OK too.
We'll be leaving Ontario July 5 or 6.
(Enjoying retirement with the top down on the Mustang!!!!)

Yarrow is pretty close to Chilliwack. Drop in when you're by this way!

Joey..I had hoped you'd respond, I'll email you and get specific directions to your place. Can I see the Valiant??
Dan...It's been a while since I was back in Chilliwack but I know where Yarrow is and also Cultis Lake. We'll be sure to drop by. I am sure that there will be no problem finding your place!!!!
Doug..I don't think "Sally" can swim, but one of these days we do want to get to Hawaii and when we do we'll be sure to drop in on you on Maui.
Don..Yep KY is a bit off the track on the way home, but who knows??? I'll be online along the way and let you know. (Will have the laptop, like Carl Malden always said "don't leave home without it!")
