I've gotten some from Creative Banner to replace some existing ones. Cost still allowed me to make a few dollars and beat the price they paid before.

Yes, Creative Banner has a lot of what you're looking for and hope you found them since you posted. The quality is very good on all their banners I ordered through the years.
